Lao students are a group of international students from Laos studying at Thu Dau Mot University. Lao students study under the cooperation program on human resource training between the two provinces of Binh Duong and Champasak in order to tighten the friendship relationship between the two countries Vietnam - Laos.
 
Since 2009, Thu Dau Mot University has been honored to be assigned the responsibility of training Lao students by the People's Committee of Binh Duong province. The University receives about 10 more Lao students each year to study and arranged the dormitory for students at Political school of Binh Duong province. Up to now, there are a total of 36 Lao students studying and living at the university.
 
Coming to Thu Dau Mot University, besides studying and creating, Lao students also regularly participate in many cultural exchange activities to neighboring districts such as Thuan An, Di An, etc.

 

Or sports exchange programs, culture, cuisine, traditional cultural festivals...and many other entertainment and community learning activities.
